I’ve been battling a cold for the past two weeks, and the last thing I’ve wanted to do is cook. I’m finally starting to feel better, but I’m only cooking meals that sound good to me. Mel’s Kitchen Cafe’s Rosemary Chicken and Wild Rice recipe is one of my favorites. It doesn’t take much time to pull the dish together, but it’s more than worth the effort. I find that it’s one of my go-to recipes all year long, and it's never tasted better than when I’m battling a cold and just want something warm and flavorful!
