We all have our reasons for not working out – not enough time in the day, the gym is too intimidating, unsure of where to begin or battling injuries. I get it – I was one of those people who was terribly intimidated by weight rooms, and I have also had my share of injuries. The good news is that exercise doesn’t have to be intimidating, painful or excruciatingly boring.
