Walking into the weight section of a gym has always been intimidating for me. In the past, I'd force myself to do weight lifting classes, yet I still had no idea how to start lifting weights. I thought cardio was the only path to a stronger, fitter me.

Wow - was I wrong!

For the past four years, I've been introducing clients to efficient, effective strength training and cardio workouts that provide them with healthier and STRONGER bodies. Weight training for beginners, with a focus on strength training for women, has become a focal point of my business. I am particularly interested in helping women who are starting their fitness journey, needing help overcoming a fitness plateau or desiring accountability in order to maintain a consistent exercise program.  My services are available both in-person and online.
