Quick Thanksgiving Bodyweight Workout

I enjoy almost all of the dishes served at Thanksgiving. Well....truth be told...I love them all! I like to squeeze in a workout before the meal. It helps me get moving, and honestly, I just feel better by doing something before I sit and eat A LOT.

This is a quick, easy bodyweight workout that you can do anywhere. Each letter has a set of exercises associated with it. Your challenge is to spell: Happy Thanksgiving Day, (insert your name).  If you finish quickly and want to do more, spell out other words: Merry Christmas (too soon??), Turkey, Pumpkin Pie, etc.
