Recipe of the Week: Cauliflower Crust Stromboli

This recipe was my first attempt at a cauliflower crust, and I was so pleased with how it turned out! This is a delicious recipe, and you can customize the filling to your taste. We've made this stromboli with both ham and sausage. I think it's a delicious and healthy answer to pizza/calzone cravings. The first few times I made it, it took me longer than I would have liked, but now that I've done it a handful of times, it doesn't take long. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
